We offer three distinct accommodation options: Holly Cottage and Oak Cottage, which are both luxury one-bedroom cottages converted from a single-story barn, and The Studio, which is a self-contained unit. All accommodations are ground floor and have been awarded 5 Stars by Visit Wales for their high-quality amenities and finishing.

Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs at Golly Farm - Oak and Holly Cottages are dog friendly not the Studio.
Guests have access to our field in front of the cottages, which is perfect for dog walking and ball games. There are numerous dog-friendly attractions, restaurants, and pubs in the area, as well as excellent walking routes accessible directly from the property.

Your stay includes all heating, hot water, electricity, WiFi, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, dish cloths, and tea towels. We also provide a welcome pack and cake on arrival. There's a 'starter pack' of essentials including toilet roll, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwasher tablets, and basic kitchen supplies.

Both Holly and Oak Cottages sleep 2+1 guests, featuring a master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus the option of an additional guest bed. The Studio also accommodates 2+1 guests. For families with young children, we can provide a travel cot and high chair. The cottages are ideal for couples or small families.

Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM on your departure day. These times can be modified by prior arrangement - please contact us to discuss if you need different timing. Check-in takes place at the main Farmhouse.

Each cottage features a fully-fitted kitchen with modern appliances (including dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave), a living room with gas fireplace, LCD TV, DVD player, and super-fast WiFi. The bathrooms include both bath and separate walk-in power shower. Outside, you'll find a patio area with furniture and parking space.

Yes, each unit of accommodation has a dedicated parking space. If needed, parking for two cars is available upon request. We also provide lockable storage for items such as golf clubs and bicycles.

Yes, we're child-friendly and can provide essential equipment including travel cots and high chairs. We offer guest beds suitable for two small children or one adult. For families with older teenagers or extended family, The Studio can be booked as additional accommodation.

To book, contact us via email or phone to request dates. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Payment is made via bank transfer.

We recommend taking out holiday insurance. If you cancel before the balance due date, you'll lose your deposit. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival receive a 75% refund of the total price. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival result in no refund. All cancellations must be made in writing by the original booker.

Yes, we provide super-fast unlimited WiFi in all our accommodations. This is included in your stay at no extra charge, making it perfect for both leisure and work needs during your holiday.

All our accommodations are ground-floor, making them easily accessible. All our accommodation are single-story conversions. Both cottages have no internal steps. The Studio has one internal step. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss any specific accessibility requirements.

While we welcome well-behaved dogs, please contact us regarding multiple dogs as this needs to be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Dogs must be kept under close control due to our farming community location, and cannot be left unattended in the accommodation.
